Finding Home Prologue
Miguel, Charity, Kay, Simone, and Reese exited the movie theature.
"So, where to now?" Kay asked while trying to dodge Reese's left arm attempting to wrap around her shoulder.
"I'm not going to the Book Cafe again." Charity stated.
"We can't go to my house. Jessica is having a sleepover."
"Not the park again." Simone had avoided that place ever since she saw Chad kiss her sister there.
"What about my place?" Reese asked.
"No way. Your house scares me with all that science stuff." Kay stated. 'Not to mention you don't know how to clean.' she added in her thoughts.
"We can't go to the beach. It's winter." Charity announced the obvious.
"How bout my house?" Miguel asked.
Everyone went silent.
"What?" the clueless Lopez-Fitzgerald was yet again, clueless.
"Um...um...I don't really how to put this Miguel..." Charity started.
"We thought you were homeless." Simone cut in.
"What."
"Well you never go home." Kay took over.
"And you always stay over at the Bennets." Reese concluded.
"Guys I have a home. I live with Theresa, Luis, and Mama." Miguel set facts straight.
"OK, then we'll go over to your house." Charity decided to be a supportive girfriend.
